Q. Do I have to register to comment?

No, at Sportivoo News, you don’t need to register in order to leave a comment. Everything you have to do, is to create an username and then comment.

Q. Can I edit or delete any comment I have already submitted.

Once a comment has been submitted and posted, you can not delete it or edit it. Always try and make sure that everything you agree with everything you wrote.

Q. My comment has been rejected and I believe there was nothing wrong with it.

If our moderators rejected or deleted your comment, then we believed then we believed it wasn’t right for our community and it did not respect the rules or principles. Although if you are not happy with our decision, then you can always contact us at hello@sportivoo.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss our decision and see what we can do for you.

Q. I can’t use the the name I want. Why?

All the displayed names are unique for security reasons, therefore if you wanted to use a name, but you are not allowed, it means that someone else has taken the name.

Q. What are the copyright rules.

The copyright rules, are designed to protect any intellectual property and relevant products, owned by various individuals. You are strictly not allowed to copy any texts, written words, speeches, or music such as lyrics and reproduce them, without the authority of the person who created them, also known as the author.

In case you use any of that without the approval of the original owner, you might end up getting sued by the original owner.

Q. Why is advertising of goods or services not allowed?

You are not allowed to mention or promote other commercial brands, services or products, either owned by you or other companies. We are happy with you communicating your vires and opinions about certain things you either appreciate or dislike, although please remember that Sportivoo News is not an advertising place.

Q What is determined to be something that can break the rules.

Our website is used by various people, with various views. We know that every individual has different views, although we can not use or promote various content which can cause offence to a broad audience. We therefore reserve the right to decide what can and cannot offend other people. If we identify something that is offensive, we take the right to remove that message or photography.

Q What are your rules and regulations regarding ‘Defamation’ or ‘Libel’.

At Sportivoo News, you cannot make false comments about individuals or organisations that may damage their reputation or ridicule them. You certainly have the right to express your opinion, even if the majority disagree, but it must truthfully reflect your opinion, be fact-based, and be reasonable.
